Shipping Costs Calculation:

Shipping costs vary widely depending on item - source, destination, dimensions, volume, weight, fragility, customer preference, hence cannot be offered as a fixed rate cost. Shipping Cost may be communicated to Customer at "Proforma Invoice" stage or post-payment.

Shipping Duration:

In general, items are shipped from our Store using reputable Shipping Services on working days between Mon - Sat.

In case the items are shipped directly from the Artist's Studio or a different Source, shipping durations and some terms and conditions may vary.

Shipping is available to customers in India if their location is serviced by the respective services. The earliest opportunity for shipping is the next working day after receipt of payment. Typically, items may take between 3 - 15 days to deliver after confirmation of payment.

Shipping is available to customers outside India if their location is serviced by the respective services. The earliest opportunity for shipping is the next working day after receipt of payment. Due to complexity of international shipping, items may take between 15 - 60 days to deliver after confirmation of payment.

Delays caused in shipping are beyond our control and we are not liable for damages if any caused by such delays.

Items can only be shipped to the 'Billing Address' to prevent incidences of Fraud. Billing Address must match address-on-file with the Bank that issued that payment instrument.

If returned due to unforeseen circumstances or address errors, the cost of Return-Shipping will be borne by the Customer.

Items maybe optionally insured against 'Damage in Transit' by the Customer at an additional cost.

In events, such as floods, earthquakes, or natural catastrophes, trigger acts of God. These are events considered uncontrollable by human intervention. force majeure clauses parties may not be liable if the terms of the contract cannot be carried out.
