ART CAFE Refund Policy
1.0) For Product, and Services Purchases
ART CAFE offers unconditional 100% refunds on items that are damaged in transit. ART CAFE also offers 100% refunds on products where a manufacturing defect becomes evident within Forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Customers must provide irrefutable proof of manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit. Items deemed damaged due to mishandling by customer will not be eligible for refund.
The customer is requested to take a 360-degree video of opening the parcel for us to confirm the damage in transit.
2.0) Notwithstanding the foregoing, shorter refund periods may apply to specific products and services. In these cases, the shorter period will be stated as part of the Proforma Invoice or the Final Invoice.
3.0) For Other Paid Services
Except as described in this Refund Policy or as explicitly stated as part of the sign-up process for a Product or Service, ART CAFE has no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers for any other Services.
4.0) Third Party Marketplaces
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you purchase a product or a service, or purchase any other paid Service, through a third-party marketplace (e.g., in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or purchases made through certain alternative payment services), the refund policy applicable to that third party marketplace will apply, unless otherwise explicitly stated by ART CAFE. Except as otherwise explicitly stated by ART CAFE, the third-party marketplace will be solely responsible for making refunds under its refund policy, and ART CAFE will have no refund obligations. ART CAFE disclaims any responsibility or liability related to any third-party marketplace’s refund policy or the third party’s compliance or noncompliance with such policy.
