Qutub Minar, Delhi - Caricature

Qutub Minar, Delhi - Caricature

DESCRIPTION

This poster is a bustling scene with a variety of characters. Tourists are taking photos near the Qutb Minar. In the foreground, a man in traditional attire sells "Dilli ka Laddu," a famous Delhi sweet. Two women are buying sweets from him. An auto approaches a tourist holding an umbrella. A woman shields her face from the sun with a dupatta, a common sight in Delhi summers. An archaeologist works with a magnifying glass, with an Archaeological Survey of India board behind him. A Sardar Ji walks with his child, observing the sweet vendor.
The scene is set in summer, with trees bearing fruit, attracting parrots and monkeys. In the corner, a boy takes a photo of a girl posing. The scene captures the essence of Delhi.
