ferocious form of the Hindu Divine Mother. This mask depicts the face of Pilichamundi with exaggerated nostril, whiskers on its muzzle, sharp teeth, protruding eyes and thick eyebrows. An aureole crown of serpent heads adorn the Tiger Deity?s head. The dark hue of this vintage tarnished brass Bhuta Mask adds to it?s quaintness.
